How you get it

Premium ends up on your own Google account, not on a borrowed one. You give us your Gmail address and we send you an invitation to our family group: an email arrives from Google, you accept it, and Premium switches on with your usual history, subscriptions and playlists.

We never ask for your password, and we never give you one of ours.

Before you buy

Google sets two conditions for joining a family group. If your account doesn't meet them, Google rejects the invitation and there is no way around it:

• You must not have been in any family group in the last 12 months. Google only lets you switch groups once a year.
• The account must have been created in the Dominican Republic. The family group and the account have to be in the same country.

If you aren't sure, write to us before paying and we'll check it with you.

Once you're in, don't leave the family group and don't change the membership settings: Premium stops right away. If something isn't working, write to us and we'll sort it out.

If the account has any problem during the time you paid for, write to us and we replace it.
